Shipping Policy
Our Shipping System: LashLoop takes pride in partnering with some of the top International Couriers, including Royal Mail.
Our warehouse and dispatch operate from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and remain closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that our delivery schedule operates on "working days". Orders placed on Fridays before the cut-off time (prior to 3 pm) will be delivered on Monday for "next day" services.
Orders placed after the cut-off time (from 3 pm) on Friday through Sunday, and up to 3 pm on Monday, will be dispatched on Monday.
When you reach your Order Basket, you'll have the option to select a delivery service with an accurate price. For urgent Saturday deliveries, there is an option at checkout to utilize Royal Mail Special delivery.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders placed before 3:00 pm from Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched on the same day. Please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Royal Mail
FREE "No Rush" Standard Shipping is offered for UK orders over £50 exclusively. The "No Rush" Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days.
Additionally, we provide a Premium Next-Day delivery service through Royal Mail (and DPD). Orders placed by 3 pm, Monday through Thursday, qualify for next-day delivery.
For smaller items, we offer a £1.49 option, providing a standard 2-3 day service. This is applicable for singular items not exceeding 25mm in thickness (including the jiffy envelope), such as a single tray of lashes.
Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday (if opting for next-day delivery) or Tuesday/Wednesday for standard shipping.

"No Rush" Standard Delivery: This option is available for a fee of £1.99 for orders under £50. Orders exceeding £50 qualify for FREE shipping. Please note, dispatch may experience a delay of a day or two if the team reaches capacity. Dispatch delays are contingent upon the volume of orders received on a particular day. Typically, orders are dispatched promptly. However, during peak promotional periods, dispatch may be delayed by up to 4 business days. Rest assured, the team endeavours to dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible.
