5. Ordering Products

a) You can order products from the website by completing and submitting the order form through the checkout process.

b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to the address you provided. The contract between us is established when this email is sent, regardless of whether it is received.

c) Once an order is placed on our website, we immediately start the process of picking, packing, and dispatching. Therefore, after placing your order, it cannot be canceled, changed, or added to.

6. The Price and Payment

a) The price of the products will be the amount quoted on the website at the time we accept your order. This price excludes VAT, which is added during checkout along with any applicable delivery costs.

b) In addition to the product price, you must pay the delivery charges quoted on the website at the time we accept your order, unless you qualify for free delivery. These charges vary based on the delivery method and address specified in your order.

c) Payment is required by credit card or PayPal when we accept your order. The accepted payment methods are listed on the website when you place your order. Refunds will generally be issued as a credit to your original payment method.

d) While we strive to ensure accurate content, errors may occasionally occur, resulting in mispriced items or outdated information. In such cases, we will either contact you to confirm if you wish to cancel the order/course or cancel the order at our discretion and notify you. We are not obligated to supply goods or training at incorrect prices.

e) For 'Pay on Collection' orders, we will hold your order for 7 days to allow you time to pay and collect. If not collected within 7 days, the order will be canceled, and you will need to reorder.

f) For BACS (Bank Transfer) payments, we will process the order only after the payment has been received in our bank account. Delays in payment may affect dispatch time.

g) LashLoop reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders where an internal use coupon has been used or a coupon that does not belong to the customer using it.

7. Delivery of Products

a) We will arrange delivery of the products you order to the address and by the method you specify during the checkout process. However, the delivery time will not be essential to our contract.

b) If you do not accept delivery of the products or provide adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In such a case, we will refund the price of the products, but you will still be responsible for paying any delivery charges.

c) If there is an error or any other delivery issue with the products you ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to notify us within this timeframe.

d) If you receive faulty products, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will replace, refund, or exchange any products found to be faulty at no cost to you. Faulty products must be sent back to our head office for testing before any replacement, refund, or exchange takes place. If the products are deemed faulty, we will also refund the shipping costs to you. If you do not notify us within this period, we are not obligated to replace, refund, or exchange the products. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products upon receipt.

8. Cancelling Orders

a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing within 14 days of the delivery of your products. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in the notification.

b) If you cancel your order after the products have been dispatched, you must return the products to us at the specified address. The products should be unused and returned at your own expense. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service.

c) You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products, even if they were sent in error. However, this does not affect your statutory rights regarding the quality of the products.

9. General

a) The products advertised on the website are available for sale to consumers as well as for business resale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to any contract between us, meaning no contractual rights are granted to third parties.

c) Any contract between us will include these terms and conditions and will be governed by English law. In case of any disputes, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Customs, taxes, and other fees

a) For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply. LashLoop is not responsible for these charges, and the customer is fully liable for payment. Customers are responsible for checking and arranging payment for any potential customs duties, taxes, or other fees before receiving the goods.

11. LashLoop Professional Products

a) We do not require you to send us your certification before completing an order. By placing an order, you confirm to us that you are qualified to use the products and acknowledge that LashLoop bears no liability for any misuse resulting from lack of professional training for the products in question.

GUIDELINES:

  • Patch testing lash extension clients is not mandatory.
  • Prior to proceeding, the client must receive comprehensive information regarding the potential risks associated with lash adhesive reactions. This information must be documented and signed by both the client and the lash artist to indicate their understanding and consent. Additionally, clients should be given the option for a patch test if they have any apprehensions.

  • 13. Ethical

    a) When "cruelty-free" is mentioned: LashLoop opposes animal testing and adheres to the CCIC’s Leaping Bunny Program. Neither the ingredients nor the products have undergone animal testing during manufacturing, at the time of certification, and will not be subjected to such testing in the future.
